Ordering
1. If you wish to purchase only 1 item, you can leave a comment at the post, indicating your email address and colour of item (comment is screened) and I will send you an invoice within 24 hours.
2. But if you wish to purchase a few items, pls send an email to dressydelights@gmail.com indicating code, name and colour of items and I will also send you an invoice within 24 hours.
Payment
1. Please make payment within 24 hours from time of invoice.
2. Bank transfers to POSB Savings 014-24788-2
3. IB users, please furnish your IB nick and date/time of transfer.
4. For ATM transfers, please let us know date/time of transfer and keep your receipt until we acknowledged your payment.
Postage
1. Normal postage is FREE if you add us in Facebook!
2. Registered mail: Additional $2.50
3. Pls opt for registered mail as we will not be liable for any lost items through normal mail.
Exchange Policy
1. Exchange can only be done if item is found to be defective or wrong item received.
2. All exchanges have to be done within 7 days after mailing of parcel and item must not be worn or washed.
