TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Items will reach you in about 2-3weeks after PreOrders end.
2. Strictly no cancellation or refund once payment made.
3. We will only exchange/refund if we have sent you a wrong item, after the item is returned to us in the original packaging. (We will not accept return items which are worn or washed)
4. Full refund will be given only if PreOrders are cancelled or item selected is OUT OF STOCK.
5. We will not be responsible for the mismatch between measurement provided by supplier and actual clothing measurement.
6. We will not be liable for any damages or losses during shipping and local postage. As the supplier is overseas, we are unable to do exchanges with the supplier if there are any defects. But I will try my best to negotiate with the supplier if any of this case happen.
